Cami - AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Cycling Instructor

My journey towards personal training began during my fitness competition, which motivated me to help others with similar fitness goals. I started teaching indoor cycling and discovered the passion of training others. It helped lead me further into the physical fitness industry. Having been involved in various aspects of healthcare and wellness, I have learned the overarching impact that physical well-being has on both the body and mind. My experiences in these fields allow me to focus on not only motivating my clients, but encouraging them to move toward a healthier and happier life. Physical activity can improve your mood and the way you feel about yourself. What are you waiting for?

Matt - NASM Ceritifed Personal Trainer

Matthew Ratliff is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.  Before becoming a Trainer/Motivator at Heritage Park, he was behind the front desk, assisting out clients with their other needs.  Matthew started his fitness journey at the age of 31 after his oldest daughter pointed out that he had become, in the eyes of a 5 year old little girl, ‘fat.’  Matthew has been a professional firefighter since 2004 with the Fort Hood Fire Department and was promoted to Lieutenant in July of 2015.  Matthew is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom having deployed to Afghanistan in 2002.  He has been married to his wife Mary since 2006 and has three daughters.  Matthew’s views on fitness are simple, “Pick up and put down heavy stuff.  Throw some conditioning in there too.”  He has a passion for helping both men and women achieve their fitness goals.  Anyone who knows Matthew will say that you always know when he is around because he is usually the loudest in the room and is quick to make you smile or laugh with his offbeat sense of humor.  Whether your goal is weight loss or overall strength and conditioning, Matthew will assist you in reaching them.

Emira - NASM Certified Personal Trainer

I am a NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Heritage Park. Although fitness and health has always been a big part of my life, my fitness profession began with an interest in yoga sculpt. As a military spouse I decided to get certified as a yoga sculpt instructor so that I could continue to practice on my own as my husband and I moved around. Little did I know that I would find that I love teaching and sharing my passion with others. It wasn’t long before I got certified to teach other group fitness classes and was studying to get certified as a personal trainer. It was a big career change from my background in politics but I have never looked back. I love coming to work and helping clients reach their goals.
What I really love about being a part of the Heritage Park team is the community that we have. I have never experienced the genuine interest in, support and involvement of staff in the members’ wellbeing and fitness goals. I look forward to seeing you in the gym and in my Kettlebells and Yoga classes!

Jessie - Training for Warriors Coach

I became a trainer at Kansas State University while working towards my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. I have been a trainer at Heritage Park Fitness since 2006. I really enjoy working with my clients and interacting with all of the members at HP. I am excited when people decide to make changes toward a healthier lifestyle and am extremely proud when they succeed.
I have experience working with a wide variety of clients and can develop a personalized plan to fit your individual goals and fitness level to help you look and feel better. With all the demands in our lives, I believe that you have to take care of yourself first in order to take care of everyone and everything else.
My favorite saying is, “There are three types of people in the world. Those that make things happen, those that watch things happen, and those that wonder what just happened.  Now is the time to make things happen in your life; come into Heritage Park Fitness and let me help you reach your goals.

Rachael - Body Barre & Hatha Yoga Certified Instructor (RYT 200)

Racheal Cordonnier grew up in Plainview, TX and is a proud Army wife! While stationed in South Korea, Racheal was inspired by her yoga instructor and by her teachings. It was then she knew that she wanted to learn more about the practice of yoga, this would eventually lead her in the path of helping others through personal training. She has completed her 200 hour Hatha Flow Certification through Yoga Yoga Austin in 2014 and in 2015 she received personal training certification through FiTour. She is currently enrolled in NASM online program to receive her PT certification in June 2016. Racheal loves traveling, cooking, painting, sewing, and especially enjoys spending time with her husband and fur babies Axel and Winston. “We sometimes fail to see that the little things in life are actually the biggest blessings in our lives.” She looks forward to helping you in Mind and Body.
