Set up a Strategy Session


It is not a requirement to have a trainer, however, we do have nationally certified trainers available to meet your needs.
The EVOLVE program is a perfect choice for a new member. It is an eight week small group training program where you rotate to a new trainer every two weeks. As a team, they will empower you for success. 
The busiest hours of the gym are between 8-10am and 5-7pm. However, even at those times equipment is available without a wait.
We can help you find alternative exercises. The front desk can set up a strategy session with a trainer that will help you meet those needs.
No, muscles can't turn to fat and fat cannot turn to muscles. However, at HP Fitness we encourage you to stay consistant with your fitness program in order to maintain an overall health and well-being.
The reality is that muscle mass is difficult to develop and you should celebrate every ounce you gain. As you age, your life will depend on this muscle. If you want to reduce bulk, work on losing fat not lean muscle mass. Trainers are available to check your bodyfat so that you can keep track of your progress. Just book an appointment at the front desk.
At HP Fitness we are a supportive community realizing that everyone is new at some point. Our front desk will learn you name quickly and the entire staff is concerned about making you feel at home. We want you in a comfortable environment so that you can create consistancy and get results.
Yes, we have an outstanding indoor playroom located separately inside the main gym. We also have an outdoor play area. During peak hours we have a two playroom attendants. We are known for our nuturing playroom attendants and there is never a wait to get in the playroom.
Actually teenagers from ages 12-17 are able to access the gym free as long as the parent has a membership. We also work with KISD and provide an alternative P.E. credit.
HP Fitness has Men's and Women's locker rooms. Showers are available with no wait and lockers are free for day use.
Check out our yoga schedule for a class that best suits you. Your first class is free and we provide mats, blocks, blankets and bolsters free for your use. The yoga studio is in a quiet separate space from the main gym.
