Personal training is a great option for taking your fitness to the next level. With an individualized program set to meet your needs, our trainers can prepare you for activities outside the gym, add muscle, facilitate body fat loss and help you achieve the body you desire. Realizing that it’s necessary to incorporate the mind, body, and spirit connection, the trainers can navigate you through a comprehensive results driven plan to assist in your goals.

Training for Warriors is a safe and effective large group training program. The classes use fun cardio and weight training work-outs for men and women. With 16 classes offered weekly, excuses are out the window. If you like working in a group and the accountability it offers, this is a great choice to bring out the warrior within!

Evolve is a small group training program, typically done with a few friends. Your group will work together utilizing 4 trainers and rotate every two weeks to a different trainer.  Each trainer has a different strength and you will be challenged with endurance, stability, flexibility and strength work-outs. What better way to connect with friends.
