Set up a Strategy Session

You may be at a fitness level where you have reached your desired goal weight and now are looking to maintain all your hard work. At HP Fitness, the camaraderie of the staff and members will encourage you to stay active. Our members actually use the gym! Gym access alone is a flexible way to fit your work-out to your schedule. Add variety to your current exercise plan by utilizing the work-out of the day. New work-outs are posted daily and can be modified to your fitness level. The front desk staff or any trainer will be glad to show you the exercises or help you modify for your needs.

If you need more accountability, we offer 30 group training classes per week in our separate weight training room. The classes are high energy results driven work-outs. Weight training combined with metabolic work-outs are designed to burn fat and build muscle.

We also offer one-on-one personal training. At Heritage Park Fitness, our trainers work as a team and each trainer has their own specialty. Your program can be done with one trainer or you can access several trainers alternately.
