Set up a Strategy Session

Heritage Park Fitness can meet your needs whether you’re just starting out, maintaining your fitness goal, or looking for a more advanced level workout.

All new members are encouraged to take advantage of a free strategy session where they will sit one-on-one with one of our personal trainers. At your option, we can do a weigh-in, body fat measurement and/or tape measure assessment. This is your time to discuss previous injuries, obstacles, and goals. Your trainer will assist and guide you to a realistic plan of action to help you meet your expectations. At Heritage Park Fitness our mission is to help you reach your goals and enjoy the journey there.
