HP BIGGEST LOSER 2012

Are you ready to start working towards your goals? Is now the time that you are going to make positive physical and mental changes for YOU? If your answer is YES, HP would like to invite you to join our next Biggest Loser!! Biggest Loser runs for 2 months, gives you suggested nutrition plans, workouts, and group accountability to help you reach your goals. You are weighed in at the beginning, middle, and end of the contest and given the tools to succeed after the Biggest Loser is over. Here are the dates of the program:

 

January 14th - Weigh-In and First Workout (this is also the date of our Open House, so expect massages, foot soaks, healthy food, Before and After pictures... THE WORKS!!)

February 10th - Last Chance Workout!!

February 11th - Mid-Point Weigh-In

March 5th - Last Chance Workout!!

March 6th - Final Weigh-In with Top 3 winner prizes, Top Group prizes, and door raffle. It's always a fun night!!

 

During the two months, you will have access to trainers and staff for any questions you may have. This contest is open to both members and nonmembers; the cost is $30 for members and $40 for nonmembers!
